Paralegal Responsibilities:

Provide case support to attorneys
Manage files and documents
Review, organize, redact and index documents
Assist with deposition and trial preparation
Manage day-to-day activities such as correspondence and filings
Draft basic discovery and prepare subpoenas
Manage case calendar deadlines
E-file court documents
Perform additional duties as required

Paralegal Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification and experience
Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Strong Microsoft Office 2010 software skills
Experience with document/case management systems preferred
Ability to work independently, multi-task; and prioritize assignments
Strong organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
