As Axon’s first-ever contracts administrator, you will administer the drafting, negotiation, and management of Axon’s large population of contracts, including everything from supply chain to sales. You will leverage your passion for process and attention to detail, experience, and skillset to build upon Axon’s contract processes to enable Axon’s growth into new businesses and product lines.
You will also provide comprehensive contractual support to a burgeoning and diverse business with respect to a wide category of contracts such as governmental and commercial sales, procurement, and M&A. You will be the “go-to” in a fast-paced environment for all questions related to contract administration.
What You’ll Do
Location: Onsite at our Scottsdale, AZ headquarters, with the ability for a hybrid schedule
Reports to: Assistant General Counsel
Coordinate the generation, execution, and tracking of all types of contracts and related documentation, such as customer and procurement agreements, amendments, and NDAs.
Track expiration dates associated with contracts, and administer termination and renewal processes.
Administer updates to template agreements.
Oversee and ensure compliance with contract approval and review workflow.
Research and analyze executed contracts.
Play a key part in the the design, implementation, and administration of Axon’s contract lifecycle management system.
What You Bring
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a contracts administration or management capacity
Passion for process
Experience designing, implementing, and administering a contract lifecycle management system
Deep understanding of other software tools surrounding the contract process, preferably SalesForce and Office 365 (including Sharepoint and Power Automate).
