Scottsdale law firm has an immediate opening for a FT administrative assistant/client services coordinator/marketing manager. Hours are 8-4 Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities and Duties
Scottsdale law firm is seeking a full-time administrative assistant/marketing person for our team-oriented, fast-paced environment. The hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday-Friday. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, processing intake calls and scheduling consultations, responding to internet and website leads, preparing Fee Agreements and sending out for electronic signature, setting up electronic and physical files, tracking new lead and client retention statistics, requesting and tracking reviews from clients, preparing blogs for posting on our website, preparing a monthly newsletter to be sent out via Constant Contacts, updating our website with current content and working with our outside marketing company on Google advertising and our SEO campaign. Will also organize firm charity events. Skills necessary: 1-3 years law firm experience, preferably in family law, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Pro. Must be a team-player with a positive, outgoing personality, excellent phone and communication skills, and professional demeanor. Qualifications and Skills
Candidate should have strong communication skills with a grasp of legal terminology, high attention to detail, be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, and be a dedicated, high-energy team player with a positive attitude. Prior law firm experience preferred.
